New private school says 'Bonjour'
A new Christian French-language private school in Mississauga is hosting an open house tomorrow night for those interested in learning more about the facility.
Starting in September, Mississauga Christian French School will offer French programs from pre-junior kindergarten to Grade 8. It's operated by and located at the Canadian Coptic Centre (1245 Eglinton Ave. W.).
The open house runs from 6-9 p.m. Other open houses are slated for this Saturday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and next Tuesday from 6-9 p.m.
Philopateer Christian College, which operated out of the facility for the last 10 years, is moving to a new location in September.
Mississauga Christian French School also has an English communication program for parents who don't speak French.
On Aug. 22, the school is holding a fun fair from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Pony rides, a bouncy castle, face painting and other activities are on tap.
Classes start Sept. 8.
